Quality Activities

Quality control activities at are vital to our commitment to quality.  Trainers promote consistent group wide quality activities at our sites in cooperation with local employees.  Our colleagues around the world must have the same mindset and maintain their activities rigorously.  Our parent company SWS continue to assist with quality control activities at our group manufacturing facilities around the world.

The “Pika Pika” programme which started out as cleaning activities on the factory floor, is now prevalent in group companies worldwide.  We first started “Pika Pika” activities to sweep the factory floors.  But the activity has extended beyond cleanliness and now includes as many as 180 check items for production and management and has been developed in all departments around the world.

The “Wiring Harness Skill Olympic Games” are an exciting event for more than 100,000 workers involved in wiring harness production in the SWS Group worldwide to compete with their world class skills.  Categories including assembly, taping, self inspection, visual inspection and maintenance.  All competitors are congratulated on their effort and commitent and are made to feel proud of their determination and exceptional abilities.
